COVID UPDATES ---

  • What to expect during your appointments:

        • First, scheduling a session through my online scheduling provider, calling or emailing me.

        • I’m prescreening people with specific COVID questions before they even come in. I’m rescheduling clients even if anyone in their household is not feeling well.

          1. Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?

          2. Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

          3. Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?

          4. Has anyone in your household had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100 degrees or above?

          5. Has anyone in your household now, or have recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

          6. Have you traveled outside of Vermont within the last 14 days?

        • When entering the main door I will check your temperature. If it's 99.5 degrees or higher we will reschedule.

        • There is hand sanitizer to use upon arrival

        • I ask that you bring a face mask to wear during our session. If you don't have one I'm happy to provide you with a disposable mask. I will be wearing one as well. However, if you have any chronic health conditions where a face mask prohibits your breathing and impedes on your health, then of course you don't need to wear one. Also, when you are in a down facing position you can take your mask off during the back bodywork since breathing will be restricted with a mask when in the face rest.

        • There will not be anyone in the waiting area. I will keep the office spaces limited to only my client and myself. I'm scheduling enough time in between clients to disinfect everything and have it dried before the next person.

        • I abide by CDC (The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations for massage therapists. I disinfect everything in between each client with CDC and OSHA approved hydrogen peroxide based disinfectants that have no odor, is safe and effective.


My room has a high quality air purifier running 24/7 filtering the air every 2 min! I purchased the Blue Air Pro L for my office because it was a larger size to effectively and efficiently filter out the air a lot faster in my 100 sq ft space.

The Wellness Center is located inside the Shelburne Athletic Club, however we are in a completely separate closed area from the club.

The Shelburne Athletic Club is Absolutely Amazing at constantly being very diligent about All safety measures, disinfecting, distancing, private (one person) work out rooms, limited number of people in each room to create at least six feet distance, their ventilation system includes an air exchanger so that fresh air is constantly being brought into the facility and more…
