A Message from Lucia

The only thing that is constant is change... Change is so very important, nothing would exist if change wasn't constant.

“Thanks to impermanence, everything is possible. If a grain of corn is not impermanent, it can never be transformed into a stalk of corn. If the stalk were not impermanent, it could never provide us with the ear of corn we eat.”

~ Thich Nhat Hanh

Sometimes we need to start all over again to be renewed and transformed (once again) freeing ourselves from our deepest and most powerful callings from the purest core of our hearts beings. Sometimes it's a necessity to stop and completely change our life to honor and respect our life mission/our path, strong feelings that just can't be ignored anymore. Once we physically take action in honoring our whole self we are free and the circle feels complete...Until it becomes a beautiful spiral and the spirit/body is ready (once again) and deeply yearns to fulfill it's next sacred mission...

This is a continuation of who I am and of who we are together learning, growing and healing. Although, sometimes our paths feel very separate and lonely they are all connected and we are highly supported by the compassionate unseen along with some truly remarkable, compassionate and supportive human beings. What our eyes don't reveal to us so easily our bodies and souls can feel it so clearly. Yes, the unseen is more real than our sight. Our spirit animates our physical bodies, yet we don't necessarily see our spirits and souls. This is part of our Qi, life force, energy and so much more...

When our bodies, emotions and spirits are out of balance we naturally, instinctively and involuntarily create a sort of balance that may overcompensate for something we may be lacking or have too much of. These signs and symptoms can look different for each individual or similar. Even if people have the "same" injury, illness or frozen shoulder (for instance) these usually manifest for very different reasons. Our bodies/souls carry ancient wisdom and communicate messages sometimes through signs and symptoms perhaps that we either ignored or have been unconsciously aware of. However, we are also processing ancestral healing that may not be so obvious. This can be anything passed down that our ancestors were not able to fully heal, mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically. The Native Americans say we are healing our seven generations.

Yes, we are highly capable of self healing, however we sometimes need other kindhearted, sensitive people to remind our bodies/spirits to initiate this self healing. It is absolutely amazing that we literally have these buttons on our bodies that are connected and lead to pathways to rebalance our inner worlds. It is in this relaxed state where letting go, trusting, healing and balance takes place without even thinking about it. In each of us lives a story that can either restore or weaken all parts of our being and existence...... we have the ability to change our stories...

Remarkably Beautiful, isn't it? I also took Cherokee Bodywork classes with Lewis Mehl- Madrona where we learned what story is taking place in certain parts of our bodies and then recreating a healthier story to empower us, revive our souls and thrive. Our stories that we tell (both to ourselves and others) also move energy. Lewis stated that "almost all indigenous cultures had direct, hands-on methods of healing, what we now call bodywork."
